Fast Service
We process an order the same day it is received and generally ship within 2-3-business days. We ship via UPS Ground. If delivery is required by a specific date, please notify us when placing your order. Please call for information on express delivery.
Returns
Contact our main office at (800) 639-8071 for return authorization number. Returns will not be accepted without authorization. Products may be returned for a refund within 30 days of the date the product was shipped to you, some items may require up to a 25% restocking fee depending on the manufacture's policy.
Sales Tax
Unless your organization is a branch of the federal government, you must provide to us for each state where you are not subject to sales tax either a resale certificate or state exempt organization certificate, as appropriate. Otherwise, state and local sales taxes will be added in the states of AL, AR, AZ CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MO, NC, NJ, NY, NV, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA, and WI. If you are a new customer your resale certificate or state exempt organization certificate, sales tax will be added for order shipped to any state where we are required to charge sales tax. Shipping Charges
Freight: Please add 14% for shipping and handling within the continental US. Minimum freight charge is $7.50.
Inspect Your Shipment
When you receive your shipment, inspect the carton before signing the delivery receipt. Open cartons immediately, check contents against the packing list and examine merchandise for damage. Keep all receipts, cartons and packing materials. Notify our office about any freight damaged merchandise within 48 hours or receipt.
